About the Team:
The Medidata Logistic Coordinator team supporting the patient cloud and professional services business units at Medidata by driving the effective and timely implementation of eCOA, eConsent and Sensorlink studies.

About the Team:
The Medidata Logistic Coordinator team supporting the patient cloud and professional services business units at Medidata by driving the effective and timely implementation of eCOA, eConsent and Sensorlink studies.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Mobile Device Leads in reports and logistics-related items
- Act as the liaison between the study team and the device provisioning vendor
- Create and track issue logs by vendor
- Support study-specific needs for various studies and the team
- Act as the main point of communication regarding shipping and returns
- Create and update shipping documentation as needed
- Communicate order status with the study teamBuild productive internal/external working relationshipsUpdate and share reports as needed
- Knowledge of global logistics is required1
- to 2 - years of experience in logistics is a plus but not required
- Detail-oriented
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, adapt to a variety of audiences

- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $48,000 - $64,000 .
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $45,750 - $61,000.
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is 45,000 - $60,000.
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $40,500 - $54,000 .
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $41,250 - 55,000.
