The Opportunity

Are you a strong communicator, and someone who enjoys problem-solving? If so, we invite you to join our team for a 12-week summer internship where you will gain real-world experience in communication strategy, and team member engagement.

As a Change & Communication Analyst, you'll work on projects that help shape how our organization communicates and prepares for new products and change. You'll partner with experienced professionals to improve communication effectiveness, develop standard templates, and build an internal web hub for change management resources.

Responsibilities:

During this internship, you will:

• Assess communication effectiveness - Document existing communication channels, evaluate audience reach, and analyze their impact through data collection and team member feedback.
• Standardize communication tools - Develop templates and guidelines to ensure engaging messaging.
• Support the design and launch of an internal intranet homepage where employees can access self-service change management resources.
• Support content development - Help create communication and training materials.
• Contribute to process documentation - Help document process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Deliver important insights - Prepare reports and presentations that provide leadership with data-driven recommendations on communication and change management strategies.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with survey tools, or basic web design is a plus.
