Overview Of Position
The Front Desk Administrator (Part Time) provides general office support, primarily in OPTAVIA’s site located in Lehi, UT, while also supporting additional remote locations. The primary focus is to support clerical activities and related tasks. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, running local errands, conducting office events as well as other additional clerical duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages front desk phones during core business hours
- Greets and assists guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
- Answers, screens and properly directs telephone calls
- Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of supplies
- Send and pick up deliveries at shipment
- Assists departments with administrative projects
- Orders catering for meetings and events
- Assists with sales invoices for Medifast bulk orders
- Assists with expense reports for some Sr Leaders & Executives
- Kitchen maintenance; stocking with supplies and snacks
- Perform general administrative duties
Scope
An individual contributor that supports the organization across local and remote locations.
Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2 years of reception or office experience
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Very organized and detail oriented.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task,
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
