Mediflex Surgical Products is a medical device manufacturer that has been in business for 60 years.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute our digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing our website, creating engaging social media images and content, editing videos, product photography, preparing and executing customer mass communication and ensuring consistent brand management across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in website management, brochure development and digital marketing.
Job responsibilities include:
Website Management:
- Update and maintain the company website with fresh images, content, and product listings;
- Manage and update the website Distributor Portal with the most current resources;
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented for improved online visibility;
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for user experience.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and execute a social media content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram etc.);
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels;
- Monitor social media trends and engage with the medical community to increase brand awareness.
Email Campaigns:
- Designs and executes email campaigns (mass communications) to target audience;
- Uses email automation tools like Constant Contact, Mailchimp etc.;
- Tracks and optimize campaign performance.
Video Editing & Content Creation:
- Capture and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and the website;
- Develop video content that aligns with brand messaging;
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative video ideas.
Graphic Design & Product Photography:
- Create visually engaging graphics for marketing materials, social media, website and mass communication platforms;
- Assist with PowerPoint Presentation development and updating;
- Produce and edit high-quality product images.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels;
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness;
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field;
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator);
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar);
- Strong photography and video editing skills;
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and online marketing strategies;
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
