What You’ll Do
Your role will be a mix of administrative and client service responsibilities, helping to ensure our clients receive top-notch support. Key responsibilities include:
✅ Assisting with onboarding new clients and processing applications
✅ Providing excellent customer service to existing clients (answering questions, handling policy changes, etc.)
✅ Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and office coordination
✅ Supporting the team with various projects to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
