We are an insurance agency with a national footprint. Our specialty is Medicare health insurance, helping those age 65 and older make the right decision with their Medicare. We are considered one of the top five Medicare focused boutique agencies in the country.
Our business growth has been primarily YouTube driven with a strong website for support. We must now expand and improve our digital footprint with stronger SEO and paid advertising. The right person can positively impact our sales, and thus improve the lives of our employees by reaching more people who need our help to navigate Medicare.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing and Web Content Manager to manage and enhance our digital presence. In this role, you will:
- Update and Maintain Web Content: Use WordPress and Elementor to ensure our website is up-to-date, visually appealing, with optimized SEO aligned with our brand identity.
- SEO Optimization: Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings through keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Advertising Management: Work directly with the CEO to plan, execute, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Management: Develop and oversee our social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement to grow our audience and strengthen our brand.
- Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Integration with Other Systems: Use web hooks like Zapier to automate workflows, ensuring seamless integration between different platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, web content management, and SEO.
- Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor, with experience in building and managing websites.
- Certification in Google Analytics.

- Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, yet a great team player.

- Intimately familiar with Windows 10 and 11 and basic computer maintainance.
