What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Equipment Warehouse Technician position at MEDILOGIX, LLC?
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the setup, organization and compliance of the assigned warehouse. The Warehouse Technician is responsible for performing day-to-day activities in his or her warehouse including organizing, processing, cleaning, repairing and troubleshooting. The Warehouse Technician is also responsible for prompt data reporting of changes in equipment status, and incoming purchase orders.

- Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse.
- Follow policies and procedures as they relate to the Warehouse Technician position.
- Enforces policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective and safe warehouse operations.
- Contributes ideas on ways to improve organization, processes and procedures in the warehouse.
- Processes returned equipment for future rental:
a) Clean, inspect and test equipment per Medilogix policies and procedures
b) Validate equipment in MX inventory system
c) Complete Delivery/Pick up ticket checks (clean/function tested/bagged)
- Maintains and PMs equipment per policies and procedures and/or manufacturers guidelines
- Inspects existing inventory for damaged/broken equipment
a) Reports out-of-service equipment per policy
b) Organizes repair of equipment by researching what is needed
c) Work with members of the maintenance department to identify repair parts
- Complete repairs as organized.
a) Work with members of AIM and Maintenance to prioritize repair workload
b) Update status and comments in system
- Replenishes office, infection control and warehouse supplies as necessary.
- Manages and maintains Oxygen supply and recordkeeping at the Warehouse.
a) Ensures proper level of oxygen on hand
b) Revises standing order with Airgas representatives as necessary
c) Maintains location oxygen log
- Receives incoming equipment and supply items immediately.
a) Verifies correct items received, undamaged, and in proper working order
b) Sends required detailed information to Purchasing for further processing
- Maintains filing system for delivery pick up tickets/home paperwork, incoming equipment, oxygen receipts.
- Assists ROM with various projects as necessary.
- Promote the company’s image, products, and services when appropriate.
1. Experience in a warehouse setting
2. Experienced in DME repair
3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
4. Ability to work independently and productively without close supervision
5. Professional appearance
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Organized and punctual
8. Must be at least 21 years of age
9. Must be able to pass drug test and have a clean criminal history
