Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented office assistant in the Collision Center. Applicant must be able to work in fast paced environment while demonstrating excellent customer service.
Duties
- Check in and out customer vehicle.
- Manage department loaner vehicle fleet
- Cash box management/ cashier for Dodge Parts and Body Shop.
- Reconcile end of the day paperwork
- Update customers on vehicle repair status
- Follow up on payments for insurance supplements, verify insurance payments.
- Managing accounts receivable for open and closed repair orders.
- Inbound call management, outbound calls to customers and insurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is preferred. (or 3 year of relevant experience)
- Strong knowledge of CCC Estimating Software and CDK
- Proficient in general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles related to budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
