Our Ideal Candidate
- A NJ or PA licensed attorney with 2-5 years of estate planning and/or elder law experience
- Strong drafting and client counseling skills
- High follow-through and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Passionate about working with retiree-aged clients and delivering exceptional service
What You’ll Do
- Design and draft estate plans including wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies
- Conduct client meetings to assess needs, explain planning options, and oversee plan implementation
- Coordinate with our financial services team to ensure a seamless planning experience for clients
- Manage estate administration cases (exclusively for existing clients)
- Support firm growth by mentoring team members and helping refine internal processes
