As its founder has expanded into financial services through Palante Wealth Advisors, Medina Law Group now operates as the legal arm of a "family-office" style practice, delivering comprehensive retirement and estate planning solutions for pre-retirees and retirees.

Our Ideal Candidate
- A NJ or PA licensed attorney
- Strong drafting and client counseling skills

What You’ll Do
- Design and draft estate plans including wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies
- Conduct client meetings to assess needs, explain planning options, and oversee plan implementation
- Coordinate with our financial services team to ensure a seamless planning experience for clients
- Manage estate administration cases (exclusively for existing clients)
- Support firm growth by mentoring team members and helping refine internal processes
