Are you organized, dependable, and service-oriented? Medina Meadows is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Central Supply Coordinator and PT Driver !

Job Responsibilities

Central Supply Coordinator :

  • Manage and organize medical and facility supply inventory.
  • Track usage, place orders, and ensure timely restocking.
  • Monitor and maintain supply levels to support staff and resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

PT Driver :

  • Safely transport residents to medical appointments and scheduled outings.
  • Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure timely and safe transportation.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Central supply experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting is required.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to excellent service.
