Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant.
- Stock, organize, and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and drink garnishes.
- Put away requisitions each day.
- Perform all side work as assigned.
- Keep the bar clean, safe, and presentable at all times while providing friendly and attentive service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the club's service standards.
- Answer questions regarding food and beverage menus.
- Take, ring through POS, and serve food orders, to-go orders, and specialty orders.
- Make food and beverage recommendations to members and guests.
- Own every member request.
- Any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a willingness to serve with a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must work effectively with a team.
- Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must have previous bartending experience.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events, and most holidays.
- Must be BASSET certified.
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have ability to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 35lbs.
- Experience in private clubs is a plus.
