We are looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team and provide excellent service to our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications for patients following clinic protocols.
• Check patients out after their visits, handle payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information.
• Verify prescription orders and ensure compliance with all state regulations.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stocking medications.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of prescriptions.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and Tennessee pharmacy regulations.
• Greet patients warmly and ensure they have a positive experience.
• Answer patient inquiries regarding medications and clinic services in a kind and friendly manner.

Requirements:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) – Required.
• State of Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License – Required.
• Experience working in a medical or pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and compassionate attitude.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and electronic prescription processing is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: Closed
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
