As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, specializing in specimen collection, patient care, and venipuncture. We are looking for mobile Phlebotomists/Medical Assistants in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.This is considered to be part-time/supplemental income.
Client/Patient will be assigned to you in your geographic location to minimize drive time. You will be working independently. You will travel to a clients' home to perform paramedical/insurance exams, specialty draws, clinical draws.
You would collect Medical Data/Biometrics/ Blood Draw/UA's. Draws would need to be shipped same day (FedEx). You would connect with us through our website and email so you must be proficient on a computer/smartphone. You should have the ability to manage your time well and be professional to handle a variety of client situations.
* Home visits generally require experience in*
· Venipuncture (pediatric experience preferred)
· Must be a proficient in phlebotomy, medical terminology
· Proficient in taking blood pressures, pulse, and biometric measurements.
*Qualifications*
· Current Licensure/Diploma
· Clinical research experience helpful/preferred but not required
· Good communication
· The ability to work independently
· Must have a computer and printer. You are responsible for reviewing your orders on-line from a secure website, and scanning/uploading documents to our system upon completion (same day).
· Must furnish your own equipment such as Blood Pressure Cuff, Stethoscope, Scale, Centrifuge (EKG a plus!)
