This is a great opportunity to join a great organization and work with a dynamic team. We are seeking an exceptional and skilled Healthcare Call Center Rep who will to assist members with questions regarding their benefits and enrollment and other member services.
*CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED*
Pay Rate: $23.00-26.00/hr. DOE
Shift: Monday - Friday – 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Location: Orange, CA (in office only)
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of Call Center experience is required
- Experience with Medical Terminology, MediCare, Medi-Cal, and HMO Insurance preferred
- Ability to type 35 WPM required
- High School Diploma is required
