The Senior Vice President within our Ambulatory Group will be reporting to the Executive Vice President and have overall responsibility for all functional areas of the businesses within their portfolio. They will work directly with the existing leaders of the departments to build an organization that delivers financial results, long-term organic growth, and people development.
What your impact will be :
- Responsible for overall profitability of the business
- Create and execute a strategic plan to deliver ongoing organic revenue growth in the market
- Own and manage P&L
- Maintain a 12-month rolling forecasting of revenues and expenses for the business
- Provide detailed, annual briefings about the business’s results and plans
- Drive organizational customer success, product adoption, and product profitability.
- Supervise the department leaders and provide them with coaching and advice
- Act as a mentor to direct reports and high potential employees to ensure continued talent development within the organization
- Work with the division management team to establish long-term strategies for all product lines
- Manage partner relationships
- Act as an escalation point for customers
