Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven KOL Manager to build and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the dental industry. This role involves identifying, engaging, and managing influential dental professionals to support the company’s marketing, product development, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dentistry, coupled with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of dental education landscape and trends.
Key Responsibilities :
KOL Identification and Recruitment :
Identify and recruit influential dental professionals and thought leaders to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain a robust database of current and potential KOLs.
Relationship Management :
Build and sustain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and KOLs, addressing concerns and facilitating collaborations.
Strategic Collaboration :
Partner with KOLs to co-develop educational content, clinical studies, and case presentations.
Work with marketing and R&D teams to incorporate KOL insights into product development and campaigns.
Event Coordination :
Organize and manage KOL-driven events, including webinars, training sessions, and speaking engagements at industry conferences.
Facilitate participation in product launches, advisory boards, and professional panels.
Performance Monitoring :
Track and analyze KOL contributions and their impact on brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
Report on the effectiveness of KOL partnerships and adjust strategies as needed.
Compliance and Ethics :
Ensure all KOL activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Maintain transparency and ethical standards in all interactions with dental professionals.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience in dental marketing, KOL management, or a related role.
Clinical or technical knowledge of dental products and practices is preferred.
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in project management and event coordination.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Tools, CRM and project management software.
