Lawn Care Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with hands-on experience in lawn care and maintenance. This role involves working outdoors to ensure that residential and commercial properties maintain their beauty and health through effective lawn care practices.

Duties

• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
• Utilize hand tools to dig, build, and shape landscapes as needed.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and effectively while adhering to environmental regulations.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens.
• Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance aesthetics.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular inspections and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality results.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus for maintaining equipment.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping practices, including irrigation techniques and hardscape installation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
