This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lafayette, LA. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks such as answering customer inquiries, providing support and information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. The representative will also be responsible for tracking and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
