Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven PROMO Professional Outside Sales Representative with 6 or more months of PROMO EXPERIANCE to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a technical background, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory goals and maximize revenue.
- Identify potential clients through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Utilize Antera software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting sales activities.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for upselling existing products and services.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in promotional sales of 6 months or more, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of territory management principles and effective sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
