We are seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Mississippi to become a part of our Gulfport dream team! You will represent clients in personal injury cases, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on legal transactions
Negotiate settlements
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications :

Familiarity with various legal documents

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong computer skills - MS Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
