- We have an opening for full-time Manufacturing Cleanroom Technician positions.
- Location: 158 S Kyrene Raod, Chandler, AZ-85226.
- Schedule: F/T: Monday through Friday, and some Saturday (depends on production) (Willing to work on Weekends and in 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM evening shift).
- Requirement: Clean Room Experience (If you do not have cleanroom experience we will train you)

Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Ensure proper operations of all manufacturing equipment within the compounding, filling, and packaging areas.
- Troubleshooting and repair of minor mechanical problems.
- Perform equipment set-up and change-over for scheduled production.
- Utilize specialized equipment for in-process testing such as scales, PH meters, oxygen meters, dissolved oxygen meters, and filter integrity testing.
- Perform basic arithmetic calculations including calculations for gross, net, and total weights. Calculations for percentages and ratios will be needed.
- Auto or hand case packing/tray wrapping and pallet stacking of all products, ensuring proper operation of packing equipment.
- Perform outgoing inspection per batch record requirements.
- Maintain a clean work environment following aseptic technique. Follow ISO 7 and ISO 5 gowning requirements.
- Accurately document production processes in the batch record following Good Documentation Practices; reviewing batch records for completeness and accuracy.
