Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ADP systems, performance reviews, and project management. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a range of HR functions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- HR Systems Management : Utilize ADP system to maintain employee records, manage payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. Ensure data integrity and provide reporting as needed.
- Performance Reviews : Oversee and manage the performance review process, working closely with department managers to ensure timely and efficient evaluations. Track progress, provide support, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates. Lead the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and address any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Training & Development : Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Ensure that employees have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed in their roles.
- Compliance & Policy Administration : Stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws. Ensure the company's policies are compliant and communicate changes to staff as needed.
- Project Management : Manage and support HR projects, including but not limited to employee engagement initiatives, process improvements, and compliance audits. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Benefits Administration : Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for enrollment, changes, and questions. Ensure that employees are informed about their benefits options.
- Reporting & Analytics : Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and present findings to management for decision-making purposes.
