We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management) to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, configuring Oracle Fusion SCM modules, and supporting end-to-end supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations and enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop integrations between Oracle Fusion SCM and other enterprise applications.
- Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure seamless operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing end-user training and support as needed.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion SCM in an analyst or functional consultant role.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, and integration technologies (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
