Scope of the Role
- Collaboration : Works closely with business owners to ensure projects and requests are completed on time and within scope, applying project management practices. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and supports change management for assigned solutions.
- Customer Service : Communicates effectively with customers, providing updates, addressing potential issues, and managing expectations. Translates business requirements into actionable solutions and identifies opportunities to enhance satisfaction and streamline workflows.
- Quality and Safety : Regularly updates key stakeholders, develops and executes system test plans, tracks issues, and oversees User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitors and meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Financial Management : Estimates costs and resources, prepares progress reports, and identifies system optimization opportunities. Implements approved changes to improve performance.
