Team Leadership and Training
Supervise and develop the AR team, providing training, performance evaluations, and support to enhance productivity and maintain compliance with company policies.
Reporting and Reconciliation
Prepare and present regular AR reports to senior management, including aging reports and cash forecasts, while ensuring accurate account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
