- Greeting / Rooming patients
- Taking vitals and getting medical history
- Allergy testing (Intradermal and Skin)
- Responsible for performing allergy injections and measuring peak flow rates
- Cleaning and sterilization of instruments
- Patient charting
- Order entry of lab and radiology requisitions
- Setting up for assisting with in office procedures
- Cleaning of exam and procedure rooms
- Scanning and indexing documents into patient charts
- Handling telephone calls and written correspondence in a timely manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting patient fee
