We are seeking an experienced Cash Applications Expert to join our team at Medix. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and processing cash applications, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily EFT deposit listings from the bank and apply all payment files into the host system.
- Post payments manually and electronically, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and update data within the Cash Applications Hub Reconciliation tool.
- Correct any discrepancies or errors in payment processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to cash applications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- EPIC experience and high school diploma required.
