The ideal candidate will have experience in oncology clinical trials, proven success managing tight timelines, and the ability to provide operational oversight for a team of 69 research staff, including supervisors and coordinators. They will oversee workload distribution, ensure program goals are met, and deliver training and mentorship to maintain high performance and consistency across the team.
Key responsibilities include :
- Strategic planning to meet program goals and study milestones, such as recruitment targets, data management, and sponsor requirements.
- Collaboration with Principal Investigators, oversight committees, and senior leadership.
- Monitoring team performance, morale, and workload to uphold quality and efficiency.
- Identifying training needs and ensuring staff development.
- Analyzing and reporting performance metrics with leadership.
