About This Role
As a Clinical Services Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our Clinical Services team.
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Mental Health Clinicians, Addiction Counselors, and Psychosocial Case Managers.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with clinical and medical documentation standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavioral Science or related field.
- Licensure as a mental health professional registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
