Responsibilities / Job Duties :

Greet and assist incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries

Process and track internal referrals, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up

Perform recall tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups for patient appointments

Maintain and organize patient schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing patient information

Collaborate with dental and clinical staff to ensure smooth office operations

Assist with insurance verification and other billing-related tasks as neede

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements : High school diploma or GED, Dental Assistant Diploma

Schedule / Shift : Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm or 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm

Eligibility for health benefits is based on verifying that an average of 30 hours per week during the first 4 weeks of the work assignment has been met. 401k (eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1 / 1, 4 / 1, 7 / 1, and 10 / 1)
