The Electronic Funds Processor is a critical member of our finance team at Medix. As an Electronic Funds Processor, you will be responsible for processing electronic funds, managing cash applications, and ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process daily EFT deposit listings from the bank and apply all payment files into the host system.
- Post payments manually and electronically, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and update data within the Cash Applications Hub Reconciliation tool.
- Correct any discrepancies or errors in payment processing.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- EPIC experience and high school diploma required.
