A large Community Healthcare System is looking for an experienced Engagement Center Representative to join their team in Munster, IN.
Please note that this is an onsite opportunity offering room for growth, benefits and PTO.
Overview of Responsibilities :
- Inbound & Outbound patient calls to schedule appointments and procedures
- Ensures accurate patient information is collected for pre-registration process
- Obtains and verifies Patient insurance information
- Initiates and coordinates necessary Referrals & Authorizations prior to appointment and procedures
- Provides excellent customer service at all times
Requirements :
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm
Pay : $15-20 per hour (depending on experience)
Length : 480 Hours (approximately 4 months) Contract to Hire

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).

Sick Pay : You will receive one day of Sick Time after working 600 hours and an additional day of Sick Time for every 300 hours after.
