About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Monterey County to lead and oversee the clinical side of our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program. This is a leadership role requiring a strong ability to manage teams, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day operations. While a clinical background is a plus, demonstrated experience in leadership and familiarity with CalAIM programs are critical to success. Local expertise in Monterey and surrounding counties is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team of 15 employees across Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Merced Counties.
- Must be willing to attend community events in designated counties
- Conduct audits of care plans and assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day team operations, including handling grievances, addressing call-outs, and maintaining accountability.
- Ensure staff have clear daily plans and provide direct supervision where needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program delivery and achieve organizational goals.
