Busy Hospital in Tacoma is now Hiring.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and focused housekeeper with floor care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) machines, although this is not a requirement-prior experience with AMR systems would be a significant asset.
Job Details:
Pay: $19-20/hr
- Schedules
Friday to Monday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
OR
Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Position: Housekeeper with Floor Care Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment as part of a pilot project for an advanced cleaning system.
- Focus on performing tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned.
- Work closely with project leads, to meet cleaning requirements and follow detailed task instructions for each shift.
- Ability to problem solve and adapt as needed while working with new and evolving equipment.
- Monitor the progress and performance of assigned tasks, as the machine tracks all work completed.
Qualifications:
- Previous floor care experience, especially with AMR machines (preferred but not required).
- Ability to stay on task and meet performance goals with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during your shift.
