Duties :
- Check Patients in and out
- Check Eligibility for Insurance
- Take Co-pays
- Schedule Appointments
- Handle phones
- Explain Wesley services
- Explain payment options (if uninsured)
- Provide customer service to not only patients but all visitors
Expectations :
through behavior, language, and actions.
Must Have Skills / Qualifications :
HS / GED, Customer Service, Medical Front Office Experience, Willingness to Learn, HAS to be Bilingual
Schedule / Shift : M-F, 8-5
