Quality Technician (FSQA)
Location: Carrollton, TX (Dallas, TX)
Pay: $21/HR
Shift: M-F, 7AM to 4PM

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in food/culinary related field
- Experience in food and beverage industries, or similar regulated environments involving quality/lab checks, are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Ingredient Quality Testing: Receive and test ingredients to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Production Equipment Swabbing: Conduct routine swabbing of production equipment to check for allergens and other quality metrics.
- Titrations and Metal Detection: Perform titrations and ensure the metal detector is functioning correctly.
- Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with the production team, staying busy and motivated even when production slows.
- Environment Management: Spend significant time in both lab/office settings and on the production floor. Be prepared for varying temperatures and dusty conditions due to production activities.
