Job Summary: Chief Financial Officer - 238927
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading our financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees financial resources and manages records, reports, and financial analysis
- Ensures timely filing of required financial reports and audits
- Works with the CEO to develop strategic plans and monitors financial projects
- Establishes and improves internal controls and evaluates technology needs
- Manages rate setting, reimbursement studies, and cost-containment measures
- Supervises finance staff and ensures the organization meets operational and financial goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare financial services at a senior level
- MBA, Graduate Degree in Finance, or CPA certification
- Strong knowledge of computerized accounting systems
