MUST RESIDE IN MERCED, CA
Medix is looking to hire a Remote Operations Manager to join a growing care management organization.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing a staff of 15 across Merced, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey County.
- Ensure compliance with organization's policies and expectations.
- Perform weekly audits of employee performance and KPIs, provide guidance and coaching to improve metrics, when necessary.
- Review and monitor expenses, identifying cost-saving measures to maintain financial sustainability.
- Ensuring adherence to all applicable healthcare regulations and standards, including patient privacy laws and quality control protocols.
- Work closely with the management team to align on company-wide goals and participate in action planning.
- Generating reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting findings to leadership.
- Provide ongoing support to staff in resolving challenges and concerns in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and new staff training.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of CalAIM program or FQHC operations to contribute to the organization's success.
