Looking to hire Manufacturing Associates with previous experience in pharmaceutical or Biologics. For this role you will need an Associates or Bachelors degree. The schedule is a 3rd shift and there is one more opening on 2nd shift. You will be responsible for the manufacturing of biotechnology products for clinical and commercial human use. The role involves employing aseptic techniques while working in controlled and classified environments, some of which require complete aseptic gowning. Must comply with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and any other applicable government regulations.

Schedule:
- 10 pm to 6:30 am Monday - Friday (3rd shift)
- 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm Monday - Friday (2nd shift 1 opening)
Job Duties:
- Weighing and dispensing materials.
- Operating filtration systems.
- Inoculating mammalian or cytokine cells.
- Performing fermentation and harvest processes.
- Managing chromatography columns and TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) operations.
- Conducting in-process testing, such as pH, conductivity, spectrophotometer, osmometer, and cell counts.
- Preparing media and buffer solutions.
- Accurately and promptly completing batch records and other cGMP documentation.
- Removing and disposing of soiled materials from manufacturing areas.
- Maintaining manufacturing areas in compliance with cleanroom conditions.
- Reporting any nonconformance or events during the shift to the supervisor.
- Assisting with the transfer of technology from Process Development to cGMP Manufacturing.
- Adhering to all safety protocols, cGMP guidelines, and company policies.
- Performing additional tasks as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree required
- At least 1 year of experience in biologics and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry.
