Hiring REMOTE Member Care Advocate roles!
Schedule: M-F 9-6 PM CST for the first 8 weeks during training
After training, there is flexibility to change your schedule as necessary
Pay: Between $18-$19/hr
Day to day:
- Engage respectfully and empathetically with every member, provider, or vendor during inbound calls and chats.
- Ensure each interaction leaves members feeling heard, valued, and supported.
- Take personal responsibility for addressing and resolving members' healthcare needs, from claims and billing inquiries to understanding benefits coverage and prior authorizations.
- Guide members through their healthcare journey, ensuring clarity and minimizing confusion.
- Help members utilize virtual care services, access second opinions from experts, or explore other relevant healthcare resources.
- Proactively connect members with the services that align with their needs.
- Own each case from start to finish. Research and resolve even the most complex scenarios to reduce member frustration and create seamless solutions.
- Clarify the benefits available to members and provide detailed guidance on how to use them effectively.
- Ensure members leave each interaction with greater knowledge and confidence in their healthcare plan.
Must Have Qualifications:
- 5 years of healthcare customer service experience
- Remote experience is preferred
