Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mental health programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to inform program development.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide guidance and oversight to Mental Health Clinicians, Addiction Counselors, and Psychosocial Case Managers.
Key Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavioral Science or related field.
- Licensure as a mental health professional registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
