Educational Requirements :
- Required : Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a Neonatal background.
- Experience : Must have at least 2-4 years of bedside NICU RN experience before transitioning to an NP program.
- Vetting : References from neonatologists, preceptors, or program directors.
