Overview
Under general direction of the Director of Nursing, the Manager is responsible for planning, direction, and coordination of services to ensure that quality health care is delivered. Will be working under 5-6 Onc-gyn physicians working on both the clinical and research side. The manager is responsible for creating a dynamic patient-centered environment, managing, and developing teams with hands-on clinical duties. This position will assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Monitors departmental budgets and regulatory compliance. Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Supports and adheres to the Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

3-5 Must Have Skills / Qualifications
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in nursing preferred. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare provider required. Five (5) or more years of experience in a related clinical area. One (1) or more years of clinical management experience preferred. Previous Oncology required- oncology navigation experience is acceptable.
