Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Ferguson, MO
Overview:
This is a DIRECT-HIRE opening with an innovative and fast growing healthcare organization that focuses on serving the senior population.
Job Overview:
- Follow a Value Based Care Model (allotting 45 min with each patient!)
- Serving the senior population.
- Goal is for providers to build relationships with patients.
- Work alongside a Doctor.
- Prescribe Medicine and work through non-complex cases.
- Clinic that is a one-stop-shop for all of the patient's medical needs.
- Allowing ample time for comprehensive assessments to ensure you are gathering data on any issues/historical issues.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm
Experience / Qualifications:
- 2 years of NP clinic experience
- Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience working with the elderly patient population preferred
- Managed Care Experience preferred, but not needed
Soft Skills:
- Passion for work - important to understand the patient population you will serve.
- Flexible and desires to provide care to the senior population.
- Patience - balanced approach to care and being able to spend more time with patients to build a strong relationship.
Salary : $125,000 - $170,000
