Responsibilities / Job Duties :
Authorization of insurances
High volume of calls both inbound and outbound
Reviewing medical orders and patient insurance information
Submitting authorization requests to the insurance company with clinical documentation to secure approval before the service is provided
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :
Experience obtaining and processing insurance referrals and authorizations
EMR experience
High call / patient volume experience
Schedule / Shift : Monday - Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
