Medix is currently hiring for full time Patient Access Representatives. This is an onsite role located in Waterloo, IA.
Responsibilities :
- Greeting patients
- Collecting payment
- Verifying patient insurance and demographic information
- Obtaining signatures
- Customer service
- Working in a fast paced environment
Schedule :
Monday-Friday with rotating weekends (3pm-11 : 30pm OR 11pm-7 : 30am)
