What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Recruiter position at Medix™?

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)
• Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks
• Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications
• Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas
• Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• 1-5 years of physician recruitment experience
• Proven track record of success in previous roles
• Experience sourcing and networking with physicians nationwide
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented, positive attitude, competitive mindset
• Proven desire and ability to take initiative

*Base ranges depending on level you come in at as well as experience & location*
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
