Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Hours Between 5:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team at a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center as a PACU/Pre-Op Registered Nurse (RN). In this role, you will provide top-quality pre-operative and post-anesthesia care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RN who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, including reviewing patient medical history, verifying medications, and preparing patients for surgery.
- Provide post-anesthesia care in the PACU, closely monitoring patients during recovery and addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
- Monitor vital signs, manage pain levels, and respond to any adverse reactions or complications.
- Provide clear and thorough education to patients and their families about post-operative care, discharge instructions, and follow-up requirements.
- Collaborate with the surgical team, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with center policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
