Power BI Developer

3-6 month contract, could be extended

100% Remote

Based in Chicago IL

Pay: $50-55/HR

We are hiring for both Jr and Sr Levels

Medix is currently hiring a strong developer who is proficient in Power BI to support business functions by building out reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data team to establish what reporting needs are and how to achieve desired metrics
• Utilize Power BI for design and reporting technical solutions to the business
• Make the best use of existing tools and expand their capabilities for the user
• Working through data integration focus
• Working through report builds
• Looking at 2 people (one that is more senior and junior) - only difference is technical experience and number of years
• High end technology (run Power BI and visualization projects , building dashboards)
• Rebuilding Power BI Reports into the Cloud (they use Azure)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Jr level role: 3 years of experience with Power BI
• Sr level role: 7 years of experience with Power BI
• SQL experience
• SSRS
• ADF experience (preferred for Junior level role, required for Senior level role)
• Azure Cloud exposure
