Key Responsibilities :
Provider Onboarding & Credentialing
Coordinate the credentialing process for new providers, ensuring all requirements are met.
Facilitate new provider onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and providing necessary resources.
Set up new providers with Gmail, Zoom, and Valant EMR accounts for seamless system integration.
Provider Support
Act as the primary contact for provider concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions.
Assist with re-training initiatives for providers when necessary.
Collaborate with providers to troubleshoot Valant EMR system and answering service issues.
Team Collaboration
Partner with the Provider Support Manager to execute daily operations and address provider needs.
Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Directors, Director of Operations, and departmental managers on provider-related initiatives.
Participate in provider meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and suggest improvements to the provider onboarding and support processes.
Provide feedback to enhance provider experiences.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years in customer service, administrative support, or a healthcare-related role
High school diploma or GED required.
Skills :
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Zoom.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities :

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
